CONTEXTE & RAISON D'ĂŠTRE DU POSTE

La Directrice GĂ©nĂ©rale d'AEIG coordonne simultanĂ©ment des opĂ©rations dans deux pays (BĂ©nin, CĂ´te d'Ivoire), supervise cinq entitĂ©s, conduit une stratĂ©gie de transformation Ă  horizon 2030 et entretient des relations institutionnelles Ă  l'Ă©chelle internationale tout en pilotant la tribu croissance (marketing et business development). 

L'Executive Assistant est rattaché directement à la Directrice Générale, ce rôle ne relève pas du support administratif classique : il s'agit d'un poste de confiance, à haute valeur ajoutée, dont la mission est d'anticiper, de produire et de protéger en éliminant toute friction opérationnelle et en garantissant un niveau d'exécution irréprochable sur chaque interaction.

RESPONSABILITÉS & MISSIONS DÉTAILLÉES

  Gestion de l'agenda, des voyages et des sollicitations

  • GĂ©rer proactivement l'agenda : arbitrage des prioritĂ©s, anticipation des conflits, optimisation continue
  • PrĂ©parer chaque rendez-vous avec rigueur : brief synthĂ©tique, contexte, enjeux, Ă©lĂ©ments de langage
  • Trier, qualifier et traiter les demandes entrantes (partenaires, institutions, mĂ©dias, candidatures)
  • ReprĂ©senter la DG sur certains Ă©changes logistiques et organisationnels
  • Maintenir un carnet de contacts structurĂ© et Ă  jour (partenaires clĂ©s, rĂ©seau institutionnel)
  • PrĂ©parer des dossiers de voyage complets : contacts locaux, objectifs du dĂ©placement, contexte culturel
  • GĂ©rer en autonomie les imprĂ©vus (annulations, retards, rĂ©organisations de dernière minute)

Production de contenus

  • RĂ©diger des discours et prises de parole structurĂ©s, inspirants et adaptĂ©s Ă  chaque audience
  • Transformer des idĂ©es brutes ou notes vocales en messages clairs et impactants
  • Concevoir des prĂ©sentations premium (investisseurs, partenaires institutionnels, boards) 
  • RĂ©diger courriers, notes et communications stratĂ©giques au nom de la DG
  • Assurer la relecture et validation de tous les supports avant diffusion 
  • Piloter la communication interne

Personal branding

  • Piloter la prĂ©sence LinkedIn de la Directrice GĂ©nĂ©rale : ligne Ă©ditoriale, rĂ©daction des posts, cohĂ©rence narrative dans le temps
  • Coordonner les prises de parole publiques : confĂ©rences, panels, mĂ©dias, podcasts

Excellence opérationnelle

  • Assurer la gestion documentaire : classement, version control, accès rapide
  • Organiser des Ă©vĂ©nements de haut niveau (rĂ©unions stratĂ©giques, dĂ®ners, rencontres institutionnelles)
  • Suivre les Ă©lĂ©ments administratifs critiques et les courriers liĂ©s Ă  la DG

Formation & Expérience

  • Bac+3/5 — Ă©cole de commerce, sciences politiques, communication, droit ou Ă©quivalent
  • Minimum 4 ans dans un environnement d'exigence Ă©levĂ©e : direction exĂ©cutive, cabinet, conseil, institution internationale ou startup en scale
  • ExpĂ©rience avĂ©rĂ©e auprès d'un CEO, DG ou dirigeant

Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer of AEIG simultaneously oversees operations across Benin and CĂ´te d'Ivoire, manages five entities, leads the organization's 2030 transformation strategy, maintains high-level international institutional relationships, and oversees the Growth Tribe, including Marketing and Business Development.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant is far more than a traditional administrative support role. This is a high-trust, high-impact position designed to anticipate needs, produce high-quality deliverables, and protect the CEO's time by eliminating operational friction and ensuring flawless execution across every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Calendar, Travel & Stakeholder Management

  • Proactively manage the CEO's calendar by prioritizing requests, anticipating scheduling conflicts, and continuously optimizing time management.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for every meeting, including context, objectives, key issues, and talking points.
  • Screen, prioritize, and coordinate incoming requests from partners, institutions, media representatives, and candidates.
  • Represent the CEO in selected logistical and organizational communications.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and well-structured network of key institutional and strategic contacts.
  • Prepare comprehensive travel packages, including local contacts, meeting objectives, logistical arrangements, and cultural considerations.
  • Independently manage unexpected situations such as schedule changes, travel disruptions, or last-minute reorganizations.

2. Executive Content Development

  • Draft speeches and executive communications tailored to a variety of audiences.
  • Transform raw ideas, handwritten notes, or voice recordings into clear, structured, and impactful content.
  • Design high-quality presentations for investors, institutional partners, board meetings, and executive committees.
  • Draft official correspondence, strategic notes, and executive communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Review, proofread, and validate all executive materials before publication or distribution.
  • Coordinate internal executive communications.

3. Executive Personal Branding

  • Manage the CEO's LinkedIn presence by defining the editorial strategy, drafting content, and ensuring long-term narrative consistency.
  • Coordinate public speaking engagements, conferences, panel discussions, media appearances, and podcasts.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Maintain rigorous document management, version control, and rapid access to strategic information.
  • Organize high-level meetings, executive events, institutional dinners, and strategic gatherings.
  • Monitor critical administrative matters and official correspondence addressed to the CEO.
  • Handle urgent situations with composure, sound judgment, and responsiveness.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Communication, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as an executive office, consulting firm, international organization, government institution, or fast-growing startup.
  • Proven experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, Executive Director, or senior executive.
  • International exposure or experience working in multicultural environments is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
