MISSION PRINCIPALE Accompagner les étudiants dans leur employabilité, leur maîtrise de l'anglais, leur mobilité internationale et leur insertion professionnelle, en combinant coaching carrière et pédagogie de l'anglais en contexte professionnel.

RESPONSABILITÉS & MISSIONS DÉTAILLÉES

Coaching de carrière internationale & employabilité

• Accompagner les étudiants et bénéficiaires dans la définition et la structuration de leur projet professionnel à l'international
• Préparer aux processus de recrutement internationaux : CV, lettres de motivation, entretiens en anglais (simulations, feedback)
• Développer les compétences transversales (soft skills, communication professionnelle, personal branding)
• Conseiller sur les opportunités de mobilité internationale (études, stages, emplois en zone anglophone)

Formation & coaching en anglais professionnel

• Évaluer le niveau d'anglais des apprenants et identifier leurs besoins
• Concevoir et animer des sessions de formation en anglais (individuelles et collectives)
• Développer l'aisance à l'oral dans des contextes professionnels (présentations, networking, interviews)
• Adapter les contenus pédagogiques aux objectifs académiques et métiers

Conception & animation de programmes pédagogiques

• Concevoir et déployer des modules de coaching en anglais et des programmes d'immersion linguistique
• Organiser et animer des activités expérientielles en anglais (ateliers pratiques, webinaires, compétitions, learning expeditions…)
• Planifier et coordonner l'ensemble des activités liées à l'apprentissage de l'anglais

Suivi, évaluation & amélioration continue

• Assurer le suivi de la progression des apprenants (évaluations, feedbacks)
• Produire des rapports de suivi et d'accompagnement
• Proposer des améliorations continues des programmes et des approches pédagogiques

Animation & contribution aux activités Career Center

• Participer à l'organisation et à l'animation des événements (forums, job dating, ateliers, masterclass)
• Contribuer à la stratégie d'insertion professionnelle des apprenants
• Coordonner certaines activités pédagogiques et l'intervention de prestataires externes (intervenants, correcteurs, etc.)

Développement de partenariats & écosystème

• Contribuer au développement et à l'animation d'un réseau d'entreprises partenaires internationales et anglophones
• Faciliter les opportunités de collaboration (stages, emplois, interventions)

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Formation

• Bac+3 à Bac+5 tous domaines confondus (la personnalité et l'expérience terrain priment sur le parcours académique)

Expérience professionnelle

• 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en entreprise, idéalement dans un environnement international ou anglophone
• Une expérience en milieu multiculturel ou en pays anglophones est fortement valorisée
• Une appétence pour le coaching ou la formation est un plus, mais c'est l'expérience terrain qui prime

Position Overview

The International Career & English Coach supports students in enhancing their employability, developing their professional English skills, preparing for international mobility, and successfully entering the global job market.

By combining career coaching with English language training in professional contexts, the role equips students with the confidence, communication skills, and international mindset needed to succeed in multicultural and English-speaking environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Career Coaching & Employability

• Support students in defining and structuring their international career plans.
• Prepare students for international recruitment processes, including CV writing, cover letters, interview preparation, mock interviews, and personalized feedback.
• Develop students' soft skills, professional communication, networking abilities, and personal branding.
• Advise students on international study, internship, and employment opportunities, particularly in English-speaking countries.

2. Professional English Training & Coaching

• Assess students' English proficiency and identify learning needs.
• Design and deliver individual and group Business English training sessions.
• Develop students' confidence in professional communication, including presentations, networking, meetings, and interviews.
• Adapt learning content to academic objectives and career aspirations.

3. Learning Program Design & Delivery

• Design and implement English coaching programs and language immersion initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate experiential learning activities conducted in English, including workshops, webinars, competitions, and Learning Expeditions.
• Plan and coordinate all activities related to English language development.

4. Student Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor learners' progress through assessments and regular feedback.
• Produce progress reports and coaching follow-up documentation.
• Recommend continuous improvements to training programs, coaching methods, and learning approaches.

5. Career Center Activities

• Contribute to organizing and facilitating Career Center events, including career fairs, job dating sessions, workshops, and masterclasses.
• Support the Career Center's employability strategy.
• Coordinate selected educational activities and collaborate with external trainers, facilitators, and evaluators.

6. Partnership Development & Ecosystem Engagement

• Contribute to developing and maintaining relationships with international and English-speaking partner companies.
• Facilitate internship, employment, and collaborative opportunities for students.

Internal & External Stakeholders

The International Career & English Coach works closely with:

• Career Center Lead;
• Students;
• International partner companies;
• Academic partners.

Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bachelor +3 to Master's level) in any discipline.

While academic qualifications are valued, personality, practical experience, and professional achievements are considered more important than the field of study.

Professional Experience

The ideal candidate has:

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in an international or English-speaking environment.
• Previous experience working in multicultural environments or English-speaking countries is highly desirable.
• Experience or interest in coaching, mentoring, or training is an advantage; however, strong practical experience remains the primary selection criterion.
