MISSION PRINCIPALE 

Contextualiser, lancer et piloter le Bachelor Tech & Business depuis son architecture curriculum jusqu'à l'insertion professionnelle des diplômés, en garantissant l'excellence pédagogique, l'expérience étudiante et la réputation du programme.

RESPONSABILITÉS & MISSIONS DÉTAILLÉES

Architecture & ingénierie pédagogique

• Co-construire, contextualiser et faire évoluer le curriculum sur 3 ans
• Concevoir les projets d'entreprises fil rouge par semestre avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
• Veiller à la cohérence tech/business dans chaque module et chaque promotion
• Intégrer les évolutions IA/tech/business dans le curriculum et benchmarker en continu les tendances et use cases

Pilotage opérationnel du programme

• Coordonner les équipes (internes Epitech, intervenants business, mentors)
• Organiser les emplois du temps, les sprints projet, les jurys et soutenances
• Superviser l'admission
• Animer certains modules et assurer le suivi individuel et collectif des promotions
• Produire les rapports de pilotage et de performance et développer des solutions de remédiation et d'amélioration continue

Expérience étudiante & partenariats

• Garantir une expérience étudiante différenciante dès le premier jour
• Développer les partenariats entreprises pour les projets fil rouge
• Représenter le programme auprès des partenaires institutionnels, entreprises et médias

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Formation

• Bac+4/5 en management, business ou équivalent
• Une double compétence tech + business est un atout décisif
• Expérience à l'international ou dans un contexte multiculturel appréciée

Expérience

• 5 ans minimum d'expérience en entreprise et/ou startup
• Expérience en management et gestion de programmes business
• Exposition au monde startup, tech ou entrepreneuriat africain fortement valorisée
• Connaissance des écosystèmes africains

Compétences techniques

• Ingénierie pédagogique & design curriculaire

JOB IDENTIFICATION

• Contract Type: Service Agreement (Independent Contractor)
• Start Date: Early July 2026

PRIMARY MISSION

Lead the contextualization, launch, and management of the Bachelor Tech & Business program, from curriculum design to graduates' professional integration, while ensuring academic excellence, an outstanding student experience, and the program's strong reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Curriculum Design & Academic Engineering

• Co-design, contextualize, and continuously improve the three-year curriculum.
• Design semester-long industry projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency between technology and business learning outcomes across all modules and cohorts.
• Integrate emerging AI, technology, and business trends into the curriculum through continuous benchmarking and best-practice analysis.

Program Management

• Coordinate internal EPITECH teams, business instructors, and mentors.
• Organize academic schedules, project sprints, juries, and final presentations.
• Supervise the admissions process.
• Facilitate selected courses and provide both individual and group coaching to students.
• Produce program performance reports and implement continuous improvement and remediation plans.

Student Experience & Partnerships

• Deliver an outstanding student experience from day one.
• Develop corporate partnerships supporting semester-long industry projects.
• Represent the program with institutional partners, companies, and media stakeholders.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bachelor +4/+5) in Management, Business, or a related field.
• A dual background combining business and technology is considered a strong asset.
• International experience or exposure to multicultural environments is highly valued.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in a corporate environment and/or startup.
• Proven experience in program management and business education.
• Exposure to African startup, technology, or entrepreneurial ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of African innovation ecosystems.

Technical Skills

• Curriculum design and instructional engineering.
• Multi-stakeholder project management.
• Academic performance analysis and data interpretation.
• Strong business knowledge and strategic thinking.
