MISSION PRINCIPALE Définir et piloter la stratégie RH du Groupe en alignement avec les enjeux business, afin de structurer une organisation performante, attirer et fidéliser les talents clés, et accompagner la croissance multi-pays.

RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS

Stratégie & organisation

  • Définir la stratégie RH Groupe et la décliner en politiques opérationnelles
  • Structurer les organigrammes, rôles et fiches de poste
  • Accompagner les transformations organisationnelles
  • Garantir la cohérence RH entre entités et pays

Recrutement & talents

  • Piloter les recrutements stratégiques (managers, experts, talents clés)
  • Structurer les parcours de carrière et plans de succession
  • Déployer une politique de formation Groupe
  • Mettre en place des dispositifs d'évaluation de la performance

Expérience Collaborateur

  • Définir et piloter l'expérience collaborateur
  • Déployer des initiatives d'engagement, d'évolution de carrière et de culture d'entreprise
  • Accompagner les managers dans leur posture

Compliance & relations sociales

  • Garantir la conformité RH multi-pays

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Formation

  • Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit social, Gestion, Économie, École de commerce, Management, Business Administration ou tout équivalent. 

Expérience

  • 10 à 15 ans d'expérience en RH
  • Minimum 5 ans à un poste de direction RH
  • Expérience multi-entités ou internationale appréciée

Position Overview

The Human Resources Director (HR Director) is responsible for defining and leading the Group's Human Resources strategy in alignment with business objectives. The role focuses on building a high-performing organization, attracting and retaining top talent, and supporting the Group's multi-country growth and transformation.

As a strategic member of the leadership team, the HR Director drives organizational effectiveness, develops people strategies, strengthens leadership capabilities, and ensures HR excellence across all entities.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Organizational Development

  • Define and implement the Group's Human Resources strategy.
  • Translate the HR strategy into effective policies, processes, and operational initiatives.
  • Design and optimize organizational structures, job architectures, and role definitions.
  • Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of HR practices across entities and countries.

2. Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

  • Lead strategic recruitment initiatives for executives, managers, technical experts, and other key talent.
  • Design career development frameworks and succession planning programs.
  • Develop and implement a Group-wide learning and development strategy.
  • Establish and oversee performance management and talent assessment processes.

3. Employee Experience

  • Define and lead the Group's employee experience strategy.
  • Develop initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, career development, and corporate culture.
  • Coach and support managers in developing effective leadership and people management practices.

4. HR Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR regulations across multiple countries.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee domestic and international employee mobility programs.

5. Internal & External Stakeholders

The Human Resources Director works closely with:

  • The Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team;
  • Managers and employees across all Group entities;
  • Candidates and external talent;
  • Employee representatives and labor relations stakeholders;
  • Recruitment firms, HR consultants, and legal advisors.

  • Retention and stability of strategic talent.
  • Quality and effectiveness of recruitment.
  • Employee engagement.

  • Legal and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Profile

Education

Master's degree (or equivalent) in one of the following fields:

  • Human Resources
  • Employment or Labor Law
  • Business Administration
  • Management
  • Economics
  • Business School
  • or a related discipline.

Experience

The ideal candidate has:

  • 10 to 15 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership position.
  • Experience managing HR across multiple entities and/or international operations is highly desirable.
